Our runway is oriented East and West and the pilots face a North direction when flying.
Our runway is 900 ft long and 120 ft wide. We have a cross runway approx 400 ft long running North and South.
We enjoy the field due to the generosity of our benefactor, Rut Connor, who owns much of the land in the area.
Rocks pond camp ground is a stones throw away and located on the shores of Lake Marion. It is a very popular campsite.
Our field is mowed on a regular basis and is always available to use.
Members are permitted to fly 7 days a week.
We employ a frequency pin board and pilots are only permitted to fly if their frequency pin is not in use.
We have a clubhouse on site where restrooms are available.
Snacks and sodas may be purchased on the honor system.
We have 2 shelters with chairs available to get out of the sun or rain.
