Here are some videos. There are many ways of posting videos on the web. We chose to just link to the files and let whatever your computer uses for media files to open them. Bear in mind that video files are really large and if you are on a dial-up modem it will take some time for your media player to display them.
If you want to save any of these files to your computer so you can watch them off line at your leisure, right click on the link and choose "Save Target As" choose a folder to put the file in and click "Save"
